Yes, it is, I've seen that they worked on the same album of various artist but never on the same song. Kinda weird Conan decided to put out an album with all songs made by one producer except this one, maybe is this the last song they recorded for the project? I'm disappointed he didn't include Ilya's song from last year, it was one of the highlights of 2021 for me.

absolutely! I wonder why Telepath wasn't included on the album. I find it interesting how some artists get together with a great producer and make a banger of a song, then release their other music which is way underwhelming in comparison. maybe it's a matter of funding? Ilya must be more expensive based on his track record w/ Ariana. I'd love a full album of Conan x Ilya style songs like Telepath that are more hard hitting and BIG pop.
I'm having doubts if it really is budget, after all, the other produced Conan worked with (Dan Nigro) was very successfull last year with Olivia Rodrigo.
Actually, I've seen many Ilya's singles being scrapped on the full/main album
Oh Na Na by Camila Cabello
High On Your Supply/Act My Age by Katy Perry
All PRETTYMUCH songs he produced
Probably Normani's Motivation and Jonas Brothers' Who's In Your Head
Maybe he wasn't attached to the song and prioritized his songs with Dan.
Actually, the song by itself feels a bit out of place with the rest of the songs, sounding wise.
Ava Max just released a snippet of her next single off her second album "Diamonds and Dancefloors", called "Million Dollar Baby. It samples "Can't Fight The Moonlight" by LeAnn Rimes".

I was expecting way more from these two big producers, I'm disappointed on the vocal layering of this song, it's like they're background vocalists of the instrumental.
The instrumental is catchy though.
Why PNAU didn't produce this one? A third copy of Dua + Elton would have been OK.
I agree about the vocals feeling like background to the instrumental but I don't think that's a bad thing. The track is dreamy, funky, and has high replay value.
It's ingenious for Britney's first music in 6 years to be attached to another music legend, Elton John. It will pull in both Elton's baby boomer fans and Britney's millennial fanbase. Yes, both their vocals are processed to death but I really don't mind it.
Let's hope if Britney decides to do a solo album she gets back with Max bc he's really the only one who vocal produces Britney the best and knows how to process/tune her vocals in such a way that it doesn't sound robotic.
Also, Ava Max "Million Dollar Baby" is coming out September 1st, in a week

I like all the snippets but I have to say that my favorites out of the snippets in terms of catchiness have to be Hold Up (Wait a Minute), Get Outta My Heart, Ghost, In the Dark (reminds me of PinkPanthress), Turn Off the Lights (love the vocoder effect), and Cold as Ice (love the choir effect). Diamonds & Dancefloors and Last Night on Earth are growing on me but I love the chorus in the latter.
I don't think I dislike a single snippet/released song by her on the latest album, it's amazing
One of Us is so grating and abrasive, why did she release it as a single? Hate the beat

Ava Max: I almost lost my career [INTERVIEW]
"So many bad things have happened in my life in the last 12 months. I thought I wouldn't survive it. I was lost," says Ava Max, who is celebrating her comeback with her latest single, "Million Dollar Baby." - The emotions that accompany us at parting resemble the death of a loved one. You're sure you're not going to make it through all of this,' he adds.
I didn't know she and Cirkut broke up.
I can't find anything other than that interview, Cirkut still keep most of the photos they took together, although I can recognize some deleted posts. On Reddit they say that they broke up years ago and MYTP is about a recent guy she's been spotted last year together.
She is doing a great job on keeping her private life outside the media, or the media just doesn't care about her or her career.
I just hope this doesn't mean the end of a long saga of Cirkut masterpieces.

"Max is cautious with what she shares. She went through two break-ups over the last three years, and the second one, a relationship she ended last June, "really killed me." By the time she ended that relationship, she'd already released Diamonds & Dancefloors's lead single "Maybe You're the Problem,"".
"Max chose to postpone the record and get back into the studio with Cirkut, who she calls the "Einstein of music" and her best friend"

The album is amazing from start to finish, I still believe that it's mostly a Cirkut album with a lot of recycled lyrics from her last album, the formula works but I think Ava continues to not develop a personality. I don't know if it's good or bad.

Don't know if you guys will find this interesting but I managed to find the album of the trio that Cirkut was apart of called "Let's Go to War" before he started working for Luke.
QuoteLet's Go to War is an electro-rap trio from Toronto affiliated with Last Gang Records. Comprised of DJ Cirkut (producer), Peter-John (rapper), and Sonny Genius (producer), the trio released its debut single, Burn Down the Disco/Whole City's Got a Cold, in 2008. Prior to joining the roster of Last Gang Records, Let's Go to War toured with M.I.A. and previewed their music on MySpace. In addition, several of their MP3s circulated in the blogosphere, which helped generate a buzz well before they'd released their official debut. ~ Jason Birchmeier, Rovi

It's a pretty interesting interview overall, once again there's barely any mentions of Luke or how they came across together.
There's interesting stories about he got to produce Britney's Mmm Papi, his band Let's Go To War
You Da One by Rihanna was a placement that got through because Ester Dean.
Regarding Seven by JungKook, Cirkut sent the demo to Theron Thomas, Watt to Jon Bellion and they worked together the parts that worked the most from each one.
Unholy came through after Sam tried to do writing camps in Jamaica but it was more effective if they went all together in the studio, Kim was asked later by Sam, Cirkut acknowledges that it was a great call from Sam since he says he got into Kim Petras in 2016
Then there was a little fangirling over Max Martin when he came up with the beat of Roar and Max made the melody before Katy and Bonnie finished up the lyrics. He also recalled how awesome was to work with "The Dream Team" Wide Awake happened.
He says he wishes to collaborate eventually with Beyoncé and Lady Gaga

I'm really into Seven. And the Standing Next to You arrangement is AMAZING.
Standing next to you is a banger, the whole album is fine, Cirkut songs are definitely a highlight, I was expecting much more from David Stewart
I'm curious to see more from Cirkut/Ed Sheeran and Cirkut/Shawn Mendes
Jungkook said he was hoarding songs, intended to release 5-6 as an EP but then decided to release an LP and recorded the songs he had with "love" as a topic. Probably it explains the crazy credits, probably Watt/Circut didn't meet Mendes and Sheeran, they were given demos they produced.

Looks very much like it.
It's amazing how the production can change the sound of a song.

Not really feeling the album at first listen tbh.
I quite like Rewind but I think I'm getting too tired of hyperpop as a whole. 365 is plain unlistenable for me
what a flat album

Weird Lana del Rey being there, it also sounds like any Lenny Kravitz song from like the past 30 years
Interpolates Lenny's 1998 song Fly Away.
I'm tired of people using hits from the late 90s and early 2000s.
Work harder.

Will she step away from all Cirkut Breaker team?
Her last song is not bad but it doesn't punch the same way, Cirkut made her shine in a way that she doesn't when she works with other people.
Also, Ava drove Cirkut in a way he didn't explore before, a lot of new collaborations with other producers he never worked before: Shellback, Jonas Jeberg, Lotus IV, Omer Fedi, Lostboy... And the list goes on.
I think it's a loss on both sides.
They dated. I'm sorry they're not in good terms because they did a such a great team.

I'm really enjoying the Cirkut produced song by Gaga.
It's a bit harsh on the high frequencies but I like it.
Sounds like it has been mixed to be as loud as possible, I love it. Cirkut is still on fire.
Also, APT. is a grower
The chorus is painful. Back off the limiter a bit.
Yeah it's kind of annoying
Actually, it's annoying AF.
Makes me wanna kill myself.
Gwen Stefani - Bouquet (Album) (https://open.spotify.com/intl-es/track/2enUDT2dlL5o3NXB7f7L8E?si=37bd54556e4d4fc9)
Gwen Stefani's new album has been out for two weeks, there's a lot of Cirkut-written songs including:
Somebody Else's, Bouquet, Pretty, Empty Base, Late to Bloom, Swallow My Tears.
It also includes some songs by Jack & Coke (Purple Irises and Marigolds)
The album is way too boring overall, It looks like all the production has been scrapped since Scott Hendricks is listed as the production of the whole album, maybe it was originally meant to be pop but at the last minute they decided to go with a country sound? Awful decision, now I wonder how the original demos sounded like.
